ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Hibbing, MN is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Staff member. This role offers a flexible, evening/night schedule with starting pay at $17 per hour. As part of our team, you will maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.

The position requires dependable performance, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work evenings and nights with a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
