Job summary

Elite Health and Fitness Inc in Stoughton, MA is seeking an evening janitor to maintain a clean, safe facility after regular hours. Shift: Monday – Thursday (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and Sunday (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM); Start Date: As soon as possible. Join a gym-focused team dedicated to member well-being.

You will perform daily cleaning, sanitize floors and restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure doors are secured at shift end. Must lift up to 30 pounds and work independently in a gym environment.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must be comfortable working in a gym environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, squat, and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins, handle recycling, and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Wipe down equipment, mirrors, and high-touch areas.
• Restock restroom and gym supplies as needed.
• Mop, vacuum, and maintain clean floors throughout the facility.
• Lock up and ensure the building is secure at the end of the shift.
