Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor in Plano, TX. The role focuses on all‑purpose cleaning and preservation inside client sites, with a flexible shift pattern including part‑time slots from 5pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.

The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, and weekly pay is offered. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent or at least six months of janitorial experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly; use of a compactor when needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet extractions.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Perform other duties as required by the scope of work or customer needs.
