Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client sites. The position offers both full-time and part-time options, with a typical schedule of Mon-Sun 6a-11a, approximately 35 hours per week.

Pay is $14 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and preserve assigned areas inside client sites as directed.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Restroom, lobby, and common area cleaning and restocking.
• Assist with carpet care and window cleaning as required.
