ADVANCED INC in Milpitas, CA is seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our sites. The role involves routine cleaning, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, and stocking supplies while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, hallways, and waiting rooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste per guidelines.
• Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; report needs to supervisor.
• Set up and clean meeting rooms and events as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals.
