Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient Center in North Dakota is seeking a Part-time Evening IOP Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy in our intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, families, and external partners.

Minimum requirements include a master's degree and a professional license (LCSW, LPC, etc.), plus experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; eligible within 1 year or licensed as LCSW/LPC.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral healthcare; 2 years with primary mental health diagnosis.
• Comprehensive clinical skills in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• TB clearance and background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, logs, discharge plans per guidelines.
• Documents accurately within prescribed format and timelines.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
• Responds to clients and families with empathy and professionalism.
