Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS in Victor, NY is seeking an Inventory Control Associate II, III or IV for evening shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). The role supports manufacturing by managing inventory transactions with ERP/WMS tools and KSAs for cleanroom and standard materials handling.

Candidates need a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a regulated environment; strong attention to detail, organization, and communication are essential. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a highly regulated industry with materials handling, receiving, storing, kitting, restocking of raw materials and subassemblies, and/or maintenance of lot traceability records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Cleanroom production for the physical and transactional inventory moves.
• Make or verify all production reporting is accurate in ERP system before Work Order leaves Cleanroom.
• Maintain the POUS lines with FIFO product.
• Conduct POUS reconciliations.
• Kit work orders with required components per BOM/Traveler.
• Process ALL inventory transactions with desktop and handheld computers.
• Generate back order tags as needed.
• Fulfill material requests to support Cleanroom.
• Enter data into the system for Work Orders and distribution.
• Create/update Material Status labels in WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and IQ adjustments as needed.
