Job summary

Nexus Family Healing is hiring an Intake Coordinator for the Southeast Regional Crisis Center (SERCC) in Rochester, MN. This 2nd‑shift, part-time role focuses on guiding new clients through the intake, scheduling, and insurance processes while supporting the reception desk and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, healthcare office experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DHS background check. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a mental health or healthcare office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake, referrals, and appointment scheduling in the EHR system.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and maintain client data.
• Provide front desk support, greet clients, process payments and open the office.
