Child Development Schools in Fort Worth, TX seeks an Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate activities for infants. You will help create a warm, welcoming classroom and partner with families to foster curiosity, confidence, and growth.

As an entry-level role, you will contribute to hands-on learning, storytelling, and daily routines while observing children and maintaining documentation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom meeting licensing and ratio requirements.
• Build relationships with families through regular communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily reports.
