Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for an evening shift in Celina, TX. The role requires operating industrial sewing machines to finish materials and meet precise production specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial sewing experience, can read fractional measurements, and maintain quality and productivity in a production setting. Four 10-hour shifts with evenings and no regular weekends are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial sewing experience.
• Experience operating an industrial sewing machine in a production environment.
• Ability to read fractional measurements.
• Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and finish materials of various sizes.
• Seam materials together according to production specifications.
• Hem materials and attach binding to edges.
• Sew Velcro and other accessories onto finished products.
• Install grommets around finished materials using a power grommet press.
• Accurately measure materials and work with fractional measurements.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic sewing machine issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently and with the production team.
• Participate in process and continuous-improvement activities.
