McLaren Health Care is seeking a dedicated Imaging Services clerical staff member to support patient flow and front-desk operations in our imaging facilities. You will greet patients, visitors and staff, handling calls and in-person inquiries with professionalism, while performing clerical tasks to maintain smooth department operations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, Medical Terminology, and at least 6 months of clerical or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Terminology skill.
• Minimum 6 months previous clerical or customer service experience.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuity of patient flow within the Imaging Services departments.
• Greets and communicates with patients, visitors and hospital personnel by telephone, intercom or in person, in a polite and professional manner.
• Performs other clerical duties as required.
• Assists technologists as needed.
