Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or higher and related experience requirements as stated in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and volunteers to ensure performance expectations are met.
• Provide guidance, training, and support on staffing, performance management, and professional development.
• Promote teamwork, communication, accountability, and motivation within the program.
• Oversee compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, contractual requirements, and regulations.
• Establish procedures, records, and reports to support program goals and objectives.
• Recommend policy updates to improve service delivery.
• Serve as a resource for staff on expectations, compliance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality service and ongoing compliance.
• Support program planning and service delivery processes as applicable.
• Attend training and maintain required certifications and licenses.
