Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is hiring a Client Support Worker for the Murray County location. You will assist individuals with IDD, support daily living activities, and participate in community outings and trainings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, is part-time evening shift (1:00 pm–7:00 pm), and offers benefits including health insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Computer skills, Organizational and teaching skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals on outings, to appointments and activities.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist with changing soiled briefs.
• Document in Carelogic daily and complete notes by shift end.
• Use adaptive equipment as needed.
• Complete trainings in Relias and CPR/1st Aid, CPI, and Defensive Driving on time.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in monthly drills.
• Prepare meals according to the menu and assist with groceries when needed.
• Housekeeping tasks including laundry, dishes, and cleaning; community outings.
