Job summary

Moore Norman Technology Center is seeking a dedicated adjunct instructor to lead HVAC/R instruction at the Franklin Road Campus. You will provide high-quality, hands-on training in the HVAC/R program during Mon., Tue., and Wed. evenings, 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, August through May.

A minimum of 5 years in HVAC/R is required and candidates must hold an Oklahoma Mechanical Apprentice or Journeyman license. Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring, safety compliance, and preparing students for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current State of Oklahoma Mechanical Apprentice or Journeyman License required.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable HVAC/R experience; instructional or mentoring experience a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals; knowledge of codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction and hands-on training in HVAC/R.
• Instruct and mentor students, promoting safety, professionalism and employability.
• Lead classroom activities and assess student progress in the HVAC/R program.
