Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking part-time evening housekeepers for a medical facility in Radnor, PA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–9:30pm with 4 hours per night; pay rate is $17.25 per hour.

We are hiring friendly and detail-oriented janitors and custodians to maintain clean common areas and bathrooms. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and windows; stocking supplies and reporting repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cleaning products and floor/carpet cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces including fixtures.

Urgently looking to hire part-time evening housekeepers for a medical facility.

Summary

Residential and commercial property owners, now more than ever, realize how big a role Janitors play in protecting the health of tenants, guests, and vendors. So, Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is looking to hire friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 9:30 pm (part-time, 4 hours per night)

Location: Radnor, PA

You’ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy, and safe property to live or work in. It’s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces throughout the building that include but are not limited to countertops, upholstered furniture, and light fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages, and needed repairs.

Requirements

• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
