Job summary

Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is seeking part-time evening housekeepers for a medical facility in Radnor, PA. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:30pm–9:30pm (4 hours per night) with a pay rate of $17.25 per hour.

You will perform cleaning tasks across common areas, bathrooms, and general spaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment for tenants, patients, and staff. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, waste disposal, and ordering supplies while reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience using cleaning products and equipment for floors and carpets.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting and polishing surfaces throughout the building, including fixtures.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash and cleaning windows.
• Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.
