Job summary

Ovation Heartwood Preserve in Omaha, NE is seeking a Housekeeper for full-time or part-time schedules. You will maintain clean resident apartments and common areas to create a safe, welcoming home-like environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of housekeeping experience, strong attention to cleanliness, and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts. CPR/BLS certification is preferred; benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months housekeeping or environmental services experience in healthcare, medical office, or hotel.
• Experience interacting with residents.
• Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must have an active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned.
• Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and offices daily.
• Clean floors, windows, walls, and fixtures; ensure sanitation and infection control.
• Dispose of waste and keep equipment and areas organized.
• Coordinate with nursing staff for isolation procedures and room turnover.
• Report hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow fire safety policies.
