Brio Living Services is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time 2:30pm–11pm shift at our Chelsea, MI location. You will join the EVS Department, reporting to the supervisor, and help maintain clean, safe spaces for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience in healthcare and can lift up to 35 pounds. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment with weekend rotation as described in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a long-term care facility or medical environment is required.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
• Vacuum and mop floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Clean residents rooms, recreational areas, offices, and hallways as assigned.
• Change bed linens and make beds according to established standards.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
