Job summary

Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is seeking an dependable Evening Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team in a long-term care setting. The role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

The position offers full-time or part-time evening hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with every other weekend and holidays as scheduled. Training is available, and prior healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred; training provided if needed.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility cleaning standards.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals per policy.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude toward residents, families, and coworkers.
