Job summary

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, payroll, budgeting support, handling guest issues, and enforcing hotel policies. Must be available 2nd shifts, weekends and holidays; prior hotel supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 2nd shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required.
• Prior hotel experience required, prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations during evening shift; focus on Front Office, guest follow-up, safety and coordination with departments.
• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B as needed.
• Handle guest issues, emergencies, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll and other department paperwork; support budgeting and controls.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other department heads for smooth operations and relocations when overcapacity.
