Moonrise Hotel in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold our guest rooms and heart-of-house areas by performing preventative maintenance and repairs to company standards. Shift 3PM to 11PM; $18–$20 per hour.

You will handle routine maintenance in public spaces, rooms, outlets, and back-of-house areas, troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing, repair fixtures and equipment, and coordinate with outside contractors when needed to keep the property safe and welcoming.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write and understand workplace language.
• One to five years in maintenance; hotel experience a plus.
• Technical school degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance in public spaces, meeting rooms, outlets, back of the house spaces, and grounds.
• Repair televisions, phones, clock radios, etc.
• Troubleshoot rooms heating/ventilating/air conditioning systems.
• Repairs and maintains kitchen and laundry/housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as necessary to assist them in performing maintenance or construction jobs.
• Handle master keys per Moonrise’s safety and security standards.
