Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Available to work from 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Role Responsibilities

The Evening Hotel Line Cook will:

  • Set up equipment and prepare food based on forecast and contracts
  • Prepare salads, sandwiches, entrees, and other foods as per standards
  • Maintain complete knowledge of menu and recipes
  • Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing food and beverage supplies
  • Support catering events with the Food & Beverage team
