Job summary

Tru by Hilton Wilson is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundry duties and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed. You will support the front desk in fulfilling guest service requests and ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to brand standards.

Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment safely, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized laundry and back-of-house environment while adhering to Opal’s standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher-level education preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and flexible hours.
• Must wear a prescribed uniform and maintain personal cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations and standards.
• Handle, fold and stack clean linens safely and neatly.
• Inform Executive Housekeeper of any malfunctions or safety issues.
• Clean guest rooms and replenish supplies to standard before sale.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and stock room inventory.

Education
