Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Laundry Attendant for Tru by Hilton Gilbert to support our housekeeping team. You will operate commercial laundry equipment, manage linens, and ensure a clean, safe laundry area in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, iron, and store linens, towels, and other hotel laundry.
• Follow stain treatment procedures and monitor quality of finished items.
• Maintain appropriate levels of laundry chemicals; notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned daily and maintained in safe operating condition.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to leadership immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and linen storage areas.
• Assist with special projects such as room linen changes, curtain replacement, or inventory.
• Support housekeepers and housepersons as need (e.g., collect soiled linen, restock closets, etc.).
• Greet and acknowledge guests in a courteous manner when in public areas.
