Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to bend, stoop, and lift.
• Reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Part-time, evening shift with Sunday availability required.
• Maintain lobby and lounge cleanliness and respond to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Clean and maintain the lobby and lounge area as needed.
• Distribute clean linen to the floor linen rooms when laundry attendants need assistance.
• Assist housekeepers with supplies, cribs, and rollaway.
• Empty trash and linen from housekeepers’ carts.
• Vacuum corridors and stairways.
• Wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
• Be able to move luggage, packages, or furniture weighing up to 30lbs.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the companies’ employee handbook.
• Other duties, as assigned, which the employee is capable of performing from immediate supervisor and or manager on duty.
