• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Local certifications for alcohol service and food handling required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling; POS familiarity preferred.
• Must meet Louisiana minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Take orders, enter into POS, and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify legal drinking age and follow alcohol service laws.
• Upsell premium products when appropriate.
• Monitor consumption and alert management as needed.
• Handle payments and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen, and front desk.
