Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of relevant experience or related tasks included in job profile.
• Preferred: one year of relevant experience and leadership experience.
• Certifications in health, safety or nutrition-related areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new and existing Support Services staff on department procedures, quality, safety, and customer service standards.
• Provide training across Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Patient Transport, and Supply Chain as assigned by leadership.
• Act as team lead during uplines absence and coordinate work assignments and quality inspections.
• Ensure services comply with state/federal regulations and hospital policies.
