Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed LMSW or LCSW in NY at appointment and maintain throughout tenure.
• Knowledge of state and federal health care rules and regulations.
• Ability to counsel hospital patients and families.
• Ability to function as part of an inter-disciplinary health care team.
• Ability to prepare records and reports related to social services.
