Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health is seeking a security professional to monitor and protect patients, staff and visitors on site in Lebanon, NH. The role includes patrolling, responding to incidents, and assisting with de-escalation as needed.

The incumbent will perform rounds, document events, and support emergency responses such as CPR/AED as required, with an evening shift from 3pm to 11pm and a 10% differential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Direct security experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to identify safety and security concerns and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct rounds to secure facility, property, and occupants.
• Respond to incidents, document actions, and coordinate with responders.
• De-escalate confrontations and assist with uncooperative or violent individuals.
• Provide patient watch and support in emergencies; perform CPR/AED if needed.
• Complete required forms, reports, and documents.
