Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Hospital Housekeepers at Valleywise Health Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires cleaning and maintaining patient care areas, with a 3:00PM - 11:30PM tentative schedule and weekend/holiday availability.

The ideal candidate has janitorial experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and English instruction compliance. High school diploma or GED is required, and post-offer medical/background screening/drug testing applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial industry preferred.
• Medical environment cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Annual influenza immunization is a condition of employment unless exempted.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes fixtures, surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweeps/vacuums floors; dusts furniture and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows, and surfaces; polishes metalwork.
• Transports trash to disposal area; replenishes supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
