Qualifications

• Floor care certification and training offered through Kaiser Permanente or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in hard floor, carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; understand handling of chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and seal all hard floor surfaces.
• Spot clean carpets and upholstery; maintain fabric cubicles.
• Clean windows, vents, light fixtures, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Perform housekeeping duties and assist in staffing emergencies.
