Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA seeks an Environmental Services Technician for the Emergency Department. This full-time, evening shift (2nd) runs 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with rotating weekends. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in patient rooms, hallways, and common areas.

Duties include responding to spills, proper waste disposal, and routine cleaning using approved protocols; cross-training opportunities support professional growth and teamwork.

Formación

• High School Grad or Equivalent.
• 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience can substitute for High School education.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean patient rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Respond to spills and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Ensure proper waste collection and disposal.
