Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Environmental Services Technician to keep our hospital clean, safe, and compliant with infection control standards. You’ll perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across the facility, promoting a healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Reliable, physically capable applicants with a high school diploma or GED preferred; hospital cleaning experience is a plus. The role includes an evening shift, full-time hours, rotating weekends/holidays, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Prior hospital environmental service experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly; frequent movement throughout shift.
