Job summary

West Tennessee Healthcare in Bolivar, TN is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to perform routine cleaning in assigned areas and maintain a clean, aseptic environment in accordance with department procedures.

You will dust, mop, empty trash, restock supplies, and assist in patient and visitor areas while upholding safety standards and professional conduct. Shift is 8–10 hours with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Follow written and oral instructions and record assignments completed.
• Operate and use department cleaning equipment as needed.
• Ability to work in patient care areas and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedules and methods.
• Dust, mop, and clean surfaces; empty trash and restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Make beds and assist with housekeeping tasks as assigned.
