Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 9 years in ES or hospital housekeeping.
• 5 years ES/housekeeping, 2 years customer service, 2 years supervisory.
• Valid Driver's License; Florida license within 6 months.
• AA/AS degree plus 7 years’ experience as stated.
• BA/BS with 5 years ES or housekeeping and 2 years as Supervisor/Lead.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily evening cleaning operations in Environmental Services.
• Manage scheduling, staff counseling, evaluations and shift logs.
• Conduct weekly huddles, train staff, and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety, and productivity standards.
• Make operational decisions and contribute to higher-level dept. goals.
