Job summary

Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center is seeking an evening shift, part-time team member to perform warewashing and basic housekeeping across the department. You will ensure clean dishes, proper storage, and courteous service to staff and customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, safety, teamwork, and flexibility to support culinary operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 6 months experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year experience or 6 months required.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless stated otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Perform warewashing of dishes, pots, pans and service equipment.
• Provide accurate, expedient, and courteous service to customers.
• Clean the department's environment (walls, floors, windows, refrigerators) and store items properly.
• Handle and store all food items in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Safely transport equipment and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Complete other duties as directed by leadership.
