Responsibilities

• Washes hands frequently, uses gloves, and follows infection prevention practices.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas free of spills and hazards.
• Performs dishwashing, warewashing, and basic sanitation tasks across areas.
• Assists with tray-line, retail duties, and patient meal support as needed.
• Follows HACCP and Health Dept. guidelines and documents temperatures as required.
