Responsibilities

• Scrapes/rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; maintains complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain dish area in an orderly manner and ensure safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors at appropriate intervals to maintain safety and sanitation.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading as needed.
