Qualifications

• Experience in food service warewashing and sanitation is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Food handlers card or certification required or as applicable by state law.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
• Operate the dishwasher and monitor chemical levels.
• Stock and transport clean wares to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen, and related equipment.
• Support general cleaning tasks as assigned.
