Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at American River Hospice Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients, monitoring their health, and documenting their medical history. WE ARE IN SEARCH OF AN EVENING LVN (3:30pm - Midnight)

Responsibilities

• Administer medication, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history.
• Develop and maintain patient care plans with input from physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatment options.
