Cadre Family Companies, a compassionate hospice provider, is seeking a Lavender Hour Aide (CNA) to deliver hands-on care during late afternoon and evening shifts (4:00 PM–9:00 PM). You will support patients and families with personal care, comfort, and dignity in their home or care setting, coordinating with the hospice team.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/Hospice Aide certification as required by state and federal regulations.
• Previous hospice, home health, long‑term care, or end‑of‑life care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate personal care with strong observation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care in accordance with the patient's individualized plan of care and Hospice Aide Care Plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting, incontinence care, repositioning, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist patients with preparing for bed and settling comfortably into the evening.
• Provide skin care and other comfort‑focused interventions within the scope of the role.
• Respect each patient's dignity, privacy, preferences, and individual routines.
