Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey seeks compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join the Burlington County team for evening weekend shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). This role focuses on delivering high-quality, dignified hospice care and supporting patients and families in the Burlington County area.

Responsibilities include hands-on care, assistance with ADLs, executing personalized care plans, collaborating with the hospice team, and clear communication with loved ones.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in New Jersey.
• Hospice experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and dependability.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure comfort and support.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care team.
