Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in Essex County, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our evening weekend team (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). You will provide hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and follow care plans to maximize patient comfort.

Prior hospice experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and strong communication are essential to collaborate with our interdisciplinary team and support families during this sensitive time.

Qualifications

• Valid CHHA license in New Jersey.
