Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our team for the evening weekend shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) in the Gloucester County area. The role focuses on delivering dignified, patient-centered care to hospice patients in their homes and communities.

Overtime opportunities are always available, and we provide training, ongoing support, and a benefits package. A valid NJ CHHA license is required; hospice experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide license.
• Hospice experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure comfort and support.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
