Job summary

Allina Health Hutchinson Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Care RN for an evening shift in Hutchinson, MN. The role offers independence, meaningful patient connections, and a schedule with weekends and holidays free, with FTE 0.75 (60 hours per two-week pay period) and Sun-Thur 4p-10:30p.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with families and colleagues, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing.
• RN license in MN required upon hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required.
• Driver's License required upon hire.
• 0-2 years RN experience; new grads considered.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and CHPN/RN-BC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan care.
• Establish realistic, measurable outcomes based on nursing diagnoses.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise care with the team and family.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practices.
• Adhere to statutes, rules, and organizational requirements.
