The role requires handling portable equipment, assisting with urgent deliveries, and supporting audits. Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with holidays and some weekends required. High school diploma and healthcare distribution experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare distribution/management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Fulfill requisitions and distribute supplies to departments.
• Obtain authorizations and signatures for delivered items.
• Assist urgent department deliveries and prioritize requests to meet clinical needs.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of medical supplies and equipment.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
• Break down shipments and stage for ERP receipt entry.
• Put away supplies to support inventory control and rotate stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Identify expired or damaged inventory for disposal or replacement.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in storage and work areas.
• Collaborate with procurement and clinical staff to meet supply needs.
• Support audits and inspections related to materials management.
• Collect out-of-service portable equipment for Biomed and redistribute equipment.

Ausbildung

High School/GED

1-2 years’ health care distribution management experience preferred
