Job summary

Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Materials Associate to join our team. You will receive products, stock inventoried supplies, fill par levels, and manage recalls while ensuring accurate inventory and timely replenishment.

Responsibilities include data entry in the Materials Management Information System, operating a hand pallet jack, and maintaining orderly stock. This role supports multiple SLHS locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient math skills for inventory accuracy and data entry.
• Great written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and stock inventoried supplies.
• Fill par levels and departmental orders with timely replenishment.
• Rotate stock and conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Enter data in the hospital Materials Management Information System.
• Operate hand pallet jack and other store equipment.
• Adapt to various software applications and learn hospital terms.
• Occasionally support other Saint Luke’s Health System locations.
