Apple Valley Villa, a Cassia community, is hiring a Server to join our team in Apple Valley, MN. This entry-level role offers training and growth within a healthcare setting, serving residents, employees, and families. The position is part-time with a varied schedule, including every other weekend, with duties that include dishwashing and kitchen/dining room cleaning.

The wage range is $14–$18.81 per hour, dependent on experience. Shifts include evenings from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
• Previous serving/dining experience is plus, but not required; we will train.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• May support kitchen staff with duties such as prepping food.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
