Job summary

Apple Valley Villa, a Cassia community, is seeking a part-time Server to join our team in Apple Valley, MN. No previous experience is required; we provide training to help you succeed and grow in a healthcare setting.

You will serve meals to residents, staff, and families, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean. Shifts are evenings 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM, with a wage range of $14 - $18.81 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
• Previous serving/dining experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
• Serve meals to residents, employees, and family members.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist kitchen staff with duties such as food prep.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
• Work with other servers to get the job done.
