Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Portland, OR to welcome guests, process registrations, and assist with reservations. The role requires friendly, detail‑oriented service and accurate cash handling in a resort setting.

Evening shifts from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM are available, with ongoing opportunities to assist guests and support the front desk team. A positive attitude and strong English communication are essential to delivering memorable experiences for travelers.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills in English and friendly demeanor.
Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced guest services environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome from registration to checkout.
Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and local attractions.
Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and manage money handling duties.
Complete all checkout procedures and verify charges on guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
Provide guests with accurate room rate quotes.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
